Metal Structured Packing

Metal structured packing is made from stainless steel 304/316L, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy via stamping, rolling and welding.

With regular corrugated or grid structure, it provides uniform fluid channels, large specific surface area (125–750 ㎡/m³) and high void ratio (>95%).

It offers 40% higher mass transfer efficiency than random packing, with excellent high temperature resistance and mechanical strength.
