Tower packing is used to improve gas-liquid contact efficiency in absorption, distillation, stripping and other mass transfer processes. DAIER supplies random packing and structured packing for different separation applications.

Random packing provides flexible installation and good fouling resistance. Structured packing offers lower pressure drop and higher separation efficiency when high performance is required.

Packing selection depends on tower diameter, gas and liquid loading, pressure drop requirement, separation duty and operating conditions.

Material selection depends on temperature, corrosion condition, chemical compatibility and operating environment.

DAIER provides different packing sizes according to application requirements, including smaller sizes for higher efficiency and larger sizes for higher capacity.

A mist eliminator removes liquid droplets from gas streams to reduce carryover and improve separation efficiency.

Mesh pad mist eliminators are suitable for fine droplets and high separation efficiency. Vane type mist eliminators are commonly used for larger droplets and higher gas velocity applications.

Selection depends on gas velocity, droplet size, operating temperature, corrosion condition and required removal efficiency.

DAIER supplies liquid distributors, redistributors, support grids, hold-down grids and customized tower internals.
