Map every restricted internal, analyze steam collapse and condensate seals through the actual shutdown sequence, and verify that trays, collectors and their connections can withstand the credible differential pressure in either direction.

Reconstruct peak temperature, duration and cooling history; inspect vulnerable materials and joints; recheck distorted components with justified properties; and verify hydraulic function before controlled restart.

Rank tower-internal spares by criticality and lead time, verify every item against as-built geometry, protect traceability in storage and prepare clear inspection criteria before the turnaround begins.
