Partial shipments of tower packing should be controlled by tower, bed and product rather than by overall project percentage. Each shipment must show cumulative quantity, remaining balance, package identification and installation dependencies so no bed reaches site incomplete.

A tower internals final inspection punch list should identify each outstanding item, classify its severity, assign corrective action and record closure evidence. Shipment-blocking defects must be separated from minor administrative items so final acceptance remains controlled.

Third-party inspection for tower packing should define the inspection scope, approved document basis, notice period, acceptance criteria and shipment-release requirement before the inspector arrives. Independent inspection supplements supplier QA but does not replace it.

A tower packing shipment release should confirm product completion, inspection status, approved drawings, required quality documentation, package identification and closure of critical NCRs before dispatch. Freight booking should not replace formal technical release.
