TPI for tower packing and internals should be selected according to technical and commercial risk. Its scope should reference specific inspection points and acceptance criteria rather than relying on a generic “third-party inspection required” statement.

A tower-internals ITP should define inspection stages, acceptance criteria, supplier and purchaser responsibilities, hold/witness/review points, notification requirements, generated records, and final closure status.

Tower-internals RFIs should clearly identify the technical question, source document, reason for the information, impact, response, status, and resulting document update so that supplier assumptions do not become uncontrolled design decisions.

Tower-internals projects should control drawing number, revision, document status, workshop distribution, site distribution, superseded copies, change descriptions, and final as-built revision to prevent obsolete information from driving fabrication or installation.
