Tower internals should be released for shipment only after required manufacturing, inspection, NCR/concession closure, quantity reconciliation, mandatory documentation, packaging, marking, and purchaser/TPI release conditions are satisfied.

The final MDR for tower internals should contain the required approved/as-built drawings, material records, completed ITP, dimensional and test reports, welding documentation where applicable, closed NCRs and concessions, conformity certificate, shipment records, and document index.

A tower-internals VDRL should identify required supplier documents, submission stage, review status, format, revision control, final-document requirements, and schedule relationship according to product complexity and project risk.

Tower-internals concession requests should provide a clear comparison between required and actual condition, technical justification, affected quantity, schedule/commercial alternatives, and purchaser disposition, with approved concessions retained in final records.

Nonconforming tower internals should be dispositioned based on engineering function, process impact, material, installation, schedule, and future traceability—not only repair cost. Each disposition should have appropriate approval and verification.
