Tower-internals contracts should distinguish factory inspection, shipment release, delivery/receiving acceptance, installation acceptance, and any operational performance acceptance instead of treating “acceptance” as one undefined event.

After delivery, shortages, manufacturing defects, transport damage, and site-handling damage should be investigated separately using package reconciliation, photographs, piece marks, inspection records, drawings, and shipment evidence before responsibility is assigned.

Tower internals should be released for shipment only after required manufacturing, inspection, NCR/concession closure, quantity reconciliation, mandatory documentation, packaging, marking, and purchaser/TPI release conditions are satisfied.

The final MDR for tower internals should contain the required approved/as-built drawings, material records, completed ITP, dimensional and test reports, welding documentation where applicable, closed NCRs and concessions, conformity certificate, shipment records, and document index.

A tower-internals VDRL should identify required supplier documents, submission stage, review status, format, revision control, final-document requirements, and schedule relationship according to product complexity and project risk.
