Tower-internals NCRs should define the nonconforming condition, controlling requirement, affected scope, proposed disposition, approval, verification, corrective action where needed, and formal closure before release.

TPI for tower packing and internals should be selected according to technical and commercial risk. Its scope should reference specific inspection points and acceptance criteria rather than relying on a generic “third-party inspection required” statement.
