How to Measure Random Packing Dimensions During Incoming Inspection

Incoming inspection often appears straightforward:

take several random packing pieces from the shipment and measure them.

In practice, measurement can become inconsistent if buyer and supplier use different:

For reliable acceptance, the method matters almost as much as the number.

Nominal Size Is Not the Measurement Method

does not automatically mean every possible measured dimension equals exactly 25 mm.
